A couple of weekends ago, us, De Aston Boarders went on a trip to the Animal Husbandry at ‘Happy Hooves Horses’ centre. All the boarders helped look after the Heavy Horses. It was an amazing experience and looking at it from a Sixth Former's point of view I think that it encourages teamwork amongst the younger students.
All boarders agreed that it was hard work but enjoyable and fun.
Here is Leaha enthusiastically smiling and waving at the camera. |
Omolayo seems to be enjoying the horse's company! |
Marta is a bit more confident and personal with the horse |
Ignacio is a very hardworking young man and for what I can see can collect quite a lot of hay in just one wheelbarrow.
